Cartographer adds new features to Ableton Live to enhance your workflow in Arrangement View. When the Follow feature is engaged, the Loop Brace will always follow the set’s playhead, meaning you’re ready to loop whatever you’re listening at any given moment without breaking your flow:

Maybe you’re tracking a synth part and didn’t quite nail the current section — just engage the loop and try again!

Maybe you’re performing and want to spontaneously extend the section you’re jamming out to — the loop is already set up to make that decision on the fly.

Maybe you’re listening back to a track and taking notes on mistakes you’d like to correct and need more time to hear everything — loop as many times as you need without pausing to get things set up!
